Introduction

Welcome to jagotogel. These Terms and Conditions (referred to herein as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you" or "your") and jagotogel ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of all services offered through the jagotogel website accessible at jagotogel.asia.

By accessing the jagotogel platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the jagotogel platform immediately. jagotogel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on the jagotogel Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Legal entities may not register an Account.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activities are prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify local law before accessing jagotogel.
4. You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, an Account that was closed, suspended or terminated by jagotogel for breach of these Terms.
5. You have not been identified as a self-excluded player under any self-exclusion programme registered with jagotogel.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
7. You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant or agent of jagotogel or any associated entity, nor are you a close family member of any such person.

Account Registration

Each eligible User may hold only one (1) Account on the jagotogel Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single User ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension, cancellation of all associated bonuses and forfeiture of balances derived from promotional activity.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating your Account details promptly when any information changes.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. jagotogel will never contact you to request your password, one-time passcode (OTP) or payment credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using correct login credentials will be deemed authorised by you unless you have previously notified jagotogel support in writing of a suspected security breach.

Terms of Use

By using the jagotogel Platform you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair and transparent manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, including but not limited to placing bets, redeeming bonuses or harvesting odds data.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, technical faults or pricing mistakes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct in connection with any account activity, payment transaction or bonus claim.
• Using the Platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing or any other form of financial crime under applicable Malaysian or international law.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing game information, coordinating bets or manipulating live markets.
• Reselling, sub-licensing or commercially exploiting access to the Platform or any content thereon without prior written authorisation from jagotogel.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users, or interfering with the Platform's infrastructure, servers or networks in any manner.

jagotogel reserves the right to investigate any Account where conduct prohibited under this section is suspected. During any such investigation, jagotogel may temporarily suspend withdrawal access pending the outcome of its review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jagotogel supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the purpose of funding Accounts and processing withdrawal requests. Supported methods currently include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 may also be available subject to eligibility.

Deposit terms: All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance upon confirmation by the respective payment provider.

Withdrawal terms: Withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC verification check prior to approval. Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jagotogel targets the following processing windows, though these are indicative and not guaranteed:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5 to 15 minutes following approval.
• Direct bank wire: typically 15 to 60 minutes following approval.

jagotogel does not accept liability for delays attributable to banking maintenance windows, third-party payment processor outages or force majeure events. Withdrawal requests associated with ongoing KYC reviews, bonus investigations or security checks may be placed on hold pending resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers made available through the jagotogel Platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all jagotogel bonuses and promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• One bonus per User: Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, device or payment instrument.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to stated wagering requirements before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Example: a 10x rollover on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 1,000 in qualifying wagers.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit typically applies (commonly in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500). Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute at 100%, while table games, live dealer titles and other categories may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Uncompleted wagering requirements and unplayed bonus funds will expire after the stated validity window (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of crediting).
• Maximum cash-out: Withdrawals generated from bonus activity may be subject to a stated maximum cash-out cap. Any balance exceeding this cap at the time of withdrawal may be non-withdrawable.
• Abuse prevention: jagotogel reserves the right to withhold, reverse or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil rollover requirements, or any other conduct deemed exploitative in jagotogel's reasonable judgement.

jagotogel reserves the right to withdraw, modify or extend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing each betting market and casino game type available on jagotogel are published in the relevant game or market help sections. The following general provisions apply across all gaming activity:

• All bets are accepted subject to the available balance in your Account at the time of placement. No credit facility is offered.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User except where a specific "cash-out" feature is made available.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Bets placed after the relevant event or market has concluded will be voided.
• jagotogel reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets or decline any bet in its sole discretion, including but not limited to where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or manifest pricing error affecting a bet, jagotogel reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account balance.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer results. jagotogel provides no warranty as to the outcome of any game round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each product are displayed within the relevant game interface.

Responsible Gambling

jagotogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. Access to jagotogel is restricted to persons aged 21 years and above without exception.

jagotogel makes the following responsible gambling tools available to Users:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their Accounts. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time limits and activity reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts to support awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the jagotogel support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the stated duration.
• Account cooling-off: A temporary account suspension may be requested where a User requires a short break without pursuing full self-exclusion.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the jagotogel Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of jagotogel or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any Platform content or software.

Unauthorised use of any jagotogel intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jagotogel expressly excludes all representations, warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its services.

jagotogel shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage of any kind.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, network outages, payment provider issues or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.
• Any technical issues, delays or errors within third-party payment systems, including Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, jagotogel's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

jagotogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit funds associated therewith, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any policy incorporated herein.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in relation to any deposit made to the Account.
• Reasonable belief that an Account is being used by a person under the age of 21.
• A request from any regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or court order.

Where an Account is closed by the User voluntarily, any real-money balance (excluding promotional funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being met.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jagotogel is licensed and incorporated.

Malaysian users acknowledge that it remains their personal responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws before accessing the jagotogel Platform. jagotogel makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims liability for any User who accesses the Platform from a restricted territory.

Amendments

jagotogel reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any such changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jagotogel Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account.
